These terms govern access to and use of the website of ROCKLAST Ltd. By opening the site you accept the terms in their current version. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
02The nature of the information
The site presents the company's activity, technological approach and product systems. Its content is informational.
- Published technical figures are typical values from in-house testing and refer to laboratory conditions under the relevant method.
- Actual results depend on the substrate and its preparation, temperature and humidity during application, thickness, mixing method and subsequent treatment.
- The information on this site does not replace the technical data sheet of the specific system, nor a design solution prepared by a qualified engineer.
Applications requiring structural assessment
ROCKLAST products are undergoing testing and certification under the applicable national procedure. Until the corresponding documents are issued, the company makes no claims — and shall not be construed as making claims — for applications that require structural assessment. For such applications, please contact us in advance.
03Images and materials
Some images of the production facility and of projects are design visualisations and artistic interpretations. They illustrate intent and scale rather than a state recorded on a particular date.
Product and application images are indicative. The colour and texture of the actual material may differ from what is reproduced on screen.
04Rights in the content
All elements of the site — text, photographs, visualisations, diagrams, layout, source code — are protected under copyright law and are owned by ROCKLAST Ltd. or used by the company on a lawful basis.
The name ROCKLAST, the logo and the system designations HYDRO-D, UHPC-D, CHEM-D and THERM-D are distinctive signs of the company.
What is permitted
- Viewing, printing and saving individual pages for your own internal, non-commercial use.
- Quoting short extracts with a clear attribution and a link to the site.
- Linking to the home page of the site.
What requires our written consent
- Reproducing or distributing content for commercial purposes.
- Automated extraction of content, including for the training of models.
- Displaying the site or parts of it within a frame on another site.
- Using the ROCKLAST signs in a way that suggests agency or partnership.
05Limitation of liability
We take due care to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is exhaustive or free of omissions, nor that the site will operate uninterrupted and error-free.
The company accepts no liability for damage arising from decisions taken solely on the basis of information from this site, without prior written technical consultation and without a confirmed specification for the specific project.

We reserve the right to change, supplement or remove content, and to suspend access to the site temporarily for maintenance, without prior notice.

All matters not covered here are governed by Bulgarian law in force. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, by the competent Bulgarian court at the company's registered seat.
